Terms of Service

By using OgaJobs you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Signup Terms (All Users)

  • OgaJobs takes commission on all jobs that originated from OgaJobs connections — whether paid through platform or directly
  • You agree to declare direct payment jobs
  • You agree to provide and maintain accurate address
  • You agree to the review and rating system
  • You agree to the strike system and its consequences
  • OgaJobs can suspend or delete accounts for violations
  • All disputes go through OgaJobs arbitration first

Job Acceptance Terms (OgaPro)

  • By accepting a job you commit to completing it
  • Cancelling after escrow is paid = strike
  • Proof photos must be uploaded at completion
  • You accept the mandatory review gate before payment
  • Direct payment jobs must be declared within 48hrs
  • Failure to declare = strike + estimated deduction

Payment Terms (OgaClient)

  • Money paid into escrow is held by OgaJobs
  • Release triggered by your review or 48hr auto-release
  • Disputes must be raised BEFORE releasing payment
  • Waiving review reduces your future dispute power
  • Refunds processed via Paystack to original method

Supplier Terms (OgaPro Business — Supplier)

  • All products must be accurately described
  • NAFDAC and SON compliance is your responsibility
  • Counterfeit products = immediate suspension
  • OgaJobs is not liable for product quality beyond facilitating dispute resolution
  • Physical store must remain active and accessible

Logistics Terms

  • Proof photo at pickup AND at delivery is mandatory
  • Theft or damage = account suspension
  • OgaJobs is not liable for goods in transit beyond facilitating dispute resolution
  • Vehicle documents must remain valid and up to date

POS Agent Terms

  • You cannot charge artisans any fee whatsoever
  • You earn from OgaJobs only
  • Misrepresenting OgaJobs to artisans = suspension
  • You must be physically present in declared coverage area
  • Inactivity for 60 days triggers account review

Community Standards (All Users)

  • No abusive language in any chat
  • No sharing personal contact details before booking is confirmed and payment is made
  • No soliciting jobs outside platform from connections made on OgaJobs
  • No fake reviews or ratings manipulation
  • No sharing external payment links in chat
  • No sharing competitor platform links in chat
